This page explains how to delete your ScreenWell account and all associated data. Your account can be deleted at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account

    Open the ScreenWell app and sign in to your account.

    Go to Settings.
  3. 3
    Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4
    Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account is deleted immediately.
  • All associated data is permanently deleted instantly — including your email address, streak data, and coins/rewards data.
  • No data is retained after deletion. There is no additional retention period.

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, contact us at support@getscreenwell.com and we will delete your account and all associated data on your behalf.
